* ggml-virtgpu: regenerate_remoting.py: add the ability to deprecate a function

* ggml-virtgpu: deprecate buffer_type is_host remoting

The static init isn't thread safe.

* ggml-virtgpu: protect the use of the shared memory to transfer data
